Pricing & Policies

Within our beautiful, fully-equipped space, we offer Private & Semi-Private lessons and a variety of Matwork classes. All lessons are 55 minutes in length, unless otherwise arranged. Classes are only offered to clients who maintain healthy bodies, defined as: pain and injury free and are offered by invitation. Set up an evaluation to get started!


If you are new to our studio, you will need to schedule an evaluation session, which will introduce you to the principles of Pilates. The teacher will look at your movement patterns, identify strengths and weaknesses in the body, teach breath and offer a postural analysis.  We ask anyone new to our studio to meet with us for this one on one session before admitting them into the class structure.  So, if you’re looking to take classes with us, here’s where you get started.

*Ten packs are designed for clients who are committed to a regular private, duet or class time slot on the studio schedule and must be used within 12 weeks.

One-on-one session tailored to meet your unique needs and individual goals. We recommend Privates for beginners, those with special needs such as injuries or chronic pain, those who prefer exclusive instruction, and for periodic fine tuning of technique. You will be strategically guided through exercises on mat and a variety of equipment.


Semi-Private lesson for 2 students at a similar skill level. Bring your own partner or let us find one for you.

Apparatus (3 people)

Get a sense of the different equipment Pilates is based upon. Students will be offered Spine Corrector, Wunda Chair, Reformer and Pole classes on a weekly rotation. Classes are only offered to clients who maintain healthy bodies, defined as: pain and injury free with teacher approval. Limited to three students per session.


Pilates Mat is the foundational work that incorporates all of the Pilates principles of control, centering, concentration, breathing, precision and flow. Students are guided through a dynamic series of exercises on the mat (floor) that progress with skill level. Classes are offered from beginner to advanced levels. Mat classes are limited to 6 students per class. All classes are 55 minutes in length, unless otherwise noted.

  3. 24 hour cancellation notice (otherwise you will be charged the full price of your lesson or class)
